Diane Baccaro spent 10 years working in customer service and hospitality before finding Capo Restaurant. Now, with nearly a decade of experience working with Chef Bruce Marder, she brings her deep appreciation of his food, as well as her expertise as a certified sommelier, to craft one of a kind events across his restaurant group: Capo, Brentwood, The Rooster, Marvin, and Cora’s Coffee Shoppe. From small intimate gatherings in your home, to wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate dinners, and other celebrations hosted at one of our restaurants, she settles for nothing less than exceeding your expectations. With a wide ranging palette of tantalizing dishes to choose from, matched by our award-winning wine list, she creates personalized menus and is never afraid to think outside the box to create memorable experiences tailored to each individual.
