The Rooster is a modernization of ancient cooking into a new farm to table organic cuisine. The restaurant is a collaboration of guests in the kitchen and the kitchen with the guests.

Red Rooster Bakery is the culmination of over four decades of baking expertise. Our specialties include; rye, country, sourdough, olive, and other artisanal breads, bagels, baguettes, croissants, muffins, scones, pastries, crackers, breadsticks, and more.

The significance of The Rooster Logo is that it a classic image portrayed in the Italian heritage of great food.

Current customers include Cafe Brentwood, The Brentwood Restaurant and Lounge, Capo, Cora’s Coffee Shoppe, Dogtown Coffee, Pono Burger and more.

Chef Bruce Marder, Chef of the Foodco West group of restaurants, was trained in California and Europe and has been a successful restaurateur of renown for decades.

Using the finest ingredients his house-made products that are served in his restaurants are now available through the Red Rooster Bakery.
